• Continue discussion on our Commission’s role and participation in Planning Boundary resident’s building permit application process, after reviewing the Draft circulated by the Chairperson

 

• Continue discussion on elimination of the Office of Secretary and the hiring of a “recorder” to take notes and draft the Meeting Minutes, after reviewing the Draft circulated by the Chairperson
