City Hall

The City of Garfield City Hall is your resource for information and questions about our local government as well as services offered in our community. Home to the Mayor, Recorder-Treasurer, City Council, Water Clerk, Water System Operator, Street and Park Department, Planning Commission and Code Enforcement. Both the Recorder-Treasurer and Water Clerk are licensed Notaries, for those looking for local notary options. There is a small fee of $5.00.  We welcome you to our city and encourage you to call or stop by during City Hall business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
