Residential Building Permit
The Residential Building Permit Application, with all supporting documents, will be reviewed by the Code Enforcement Officer. After the application is reviewed and approved, the permit will be issued.
Commercial Building Permit
The Commercial Building Permit Application, with all supporting documents, will be reviewed by the Code Enforcement Officer. Once the application is approved, a permit will be issued.
The Plumbing Permit Application details plumbing installation requirements and documents plumbing inspections performed by the City's Licensed Plumbing Inspector. The application must be approved before a Plumbing Permit can be issued.
The Fence Permit Application must be submitted for review by the Code Enforcement Officer. Upon approval, a Fence Permit may be issued for new or replacement fencing.
